Seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care at a facility in West Union, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Document patient care in medical records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
