About the role
Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Medford, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the living environment.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least one year of recent acute care experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience in long-term care settings is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Be willing to work every other weekend.
