Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 15-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Jefferson, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document resident health status.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
