Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Care - $1,598 per week

About the role

LTC/SNF Facility in South Dakota is in need of an RN Traveler. The position requires 2 years of recent LTC/SNF specialty experience, an active state license, Pointclickcare, current AHA, BLS, and charge experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Perform medication administration and monitor patient responses.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.

Requirements

• Current active state license.
• 2 years of recent LTC/SNF specialty experience.
• Active AHA, BLS certification.
• Pointclickcare experience preferred.
• Charge experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
