Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities

• Hold shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care

Requirements

• ACLS & BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association and attached to submission)
• Ventilator/tracheostomy experience
• Missouri RN or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume)
