About the role
A travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care position is available for 13 weeks in Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provides care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care.
- Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
- Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Requirements
- Two to 5 years experience is required.
- Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association).
- Must have Missouri RN or multi-state RN license, must be attached to resume.
