Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Acute Care - $2,230 per week

Job Summary

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from critical illness and complex medical conditions. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and successful discharge.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team on treatment and discharge planning
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote a safe environment for patients, families, and staff

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• 2+ years of bedside RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a rehabilitation setting
