About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Acute Care in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients as directed by a physician.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of long-term acute care protocols and procedures.
