Travel Nurse RN - Long Term Acute Care - $1,924 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an LTAC setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Perform medication administration and other therapeutic procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in LTAC preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of LTAC protocols and procedures
• Effective time management and organizational skills
