About the role
Treva Workforce is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Acute Care in Avon, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of Long Term Acute Care protocols.
