About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Provide care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods.
- Assist physicians with patient care and monitor patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in LDRP preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of postpartum care practices.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date as soon as possible and a duration of 16 weeks.
