Tiered Radius Pay Rules: Rates are tiered based on direct-line mileage (not driving distance)

Highly Variable Scheduling Rules

Shift: Mostly Nights
Variable Hours: This is not a standard 3x12 schedule. Hours will average a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts.

Weekend Requirement

Minimum of every other weekend, and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit

Block Scheduling

Absolutely NO block schedules will be approved for any reason

Required Qualifications & Clinical Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of LDRP experience required. Prior travel experience is preferred
• Core Competency: Must be fully competent in all areas of the birthing department, including:
  • Labor
  • Delivery
  • Post-Partum Care
  • Newborn Care
  • Certifications: * BLS (AHA)NRP (AHA)

Floating Requirements

Floating is required. Candidates must be willing to float to Med/Surg and the Emergency Department (ED).
