Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to labor and delivery patients
• Maintain monitoring of fetal and maternal health during labor and delivery
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and care plans accurately

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an L&D RN
• Active RN license
• Active BLS, ACLS, NRP, and likely AWHONN certifications

Key Duties

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during labor and delivery
• Manage labor progression and assist with childbirth procedures
• Provide postpartum education and support to new mothers
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards
