Responsibilities
- Assess maternal and fetal health
- Administer treatments and medications
- Assist with obstetric procedures including cesarean sections
- Monitor fetal heart rates
- Respond to obstetric emergencies
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications & Skills
- One year recent L&D experience
- Valid RN license
- CURRENT BLS and NRP certifications
- Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist with equipment and patient mobility
