About the role
Provide specialized care in labor and delivery settings, supporting patients through childbirth and postpartum. Responsible for ensuring patient safety, monitoring fetal and maternal health, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
- Provide patient education and emotional support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in labor and delivery nursing
- Active RN license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical skills, compassion, and adaptability
