Job Details Position: Director of Women's Care in the Labor and Delivery Department Location: Not specified; within a 100-mile radius rule Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday with some irregular hours possible Required Qualifications: RN license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 5 years of RN experience with 2 years of management or leadership experience Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS, TNCC are preferred Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing nursing and patient care operations, ensuring compliance with patient care quality standards across all age groups, and maintaining performance improvement initiatives. Licensing: Must disclose licensure hits at time of submission and include a valid, unexpired drivers license with the application.
