About the role

Outstanding Labor and Delivery (LD) unit at a 128-bed community hospital is looking for the right individual to join their team. The facility provides a full range of medical and surgical services, including orthopedics and robotic surgery, beautiful labor and delivery suites, and a 22-bassinet Level III NICU.

This is a 6-week Rapid Response contract with 48 hours per week. No time off requests will be approved. Traveler must start within 7 days of receiving the offer. AMN travel experience within the last 12 months is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery, including postpartum and neonatal support

Requirements

• 2 years of Labor and Delivery (LD) experience as a Registered Nurse
• 1 travel assignment completed within the last 2 years (AMN Travel experience preferred)
• RN license (Compact accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS, NRP-AHA AAP (Advanced), CERT-FHM, BLS (copies required)
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance
• Work history with no more than a 90-day gap in the last year
• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN certification

• Experience with Meditech

Pay

Pay Rate: $3,392.00 - $3,566.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
