Job Description
Seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN for a growing service line. This role requires strong fetal monitoring, emergency response, and postpartum care skills, with floating to Postpartum as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience
- Strong fetal monitoring and assessment skills
- Experience responding to obstetric emergencies
- Postpartum care experience
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team
- BLS, NRP, EFM certification
- ACLS or ALS-OB certification
- Floating to Postpartum based on staffing needs
About the Role
Unit: Labor and Delivery
Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Optional Guarantee: Up to 48 hours per week may be available
Unit Size: 9 beds
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Start Requirement: Must be able to start within 7–10 days of accepting an offer
