Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) nurse position in Oregon City, Oregon. This role involves providing patient care in a maternal and neonatal setting, with responsibilities spanning night shifts. The position requires adaptability to unit floating and on-call duties to ensure optimal patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in labor and delivery,
- active Oregon state license or valid compact license,
- and completion of requisite certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) and postpartum care.
Float
- Float rotation may be required between units based on unit needs.
On-Call
- On-call shifts required up to once every two weeks during periods of low census.
Weekends
- Every other weekend coverage required.
Special Requirements
- Experience with AWHONN staffing standards and LDRP with postpartum experience.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be willing to work three of five designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day).
- All scheduling requests, including RTO, must be communicated during submittal for consideration.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
