Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $3,000 per week

Job Summary

Lactation and Delivery Nurse in a rural healthcare setting. This travel position involves providing specialized care in the labor and delivery department at a facility with a low volume of births. The role offers an opportunity to serve a tight‑knit community and gain diverse clinical experience.

Schedule

• Night shift, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Licensure as a licensed vocational nurse or registered nurse
• Relevant certifications in labor and delivery nursing
• At least 0 years of experience
• Located within acceptable commuting distance
• Excellent clinical skills in obstetrics and neonatal care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in labor and delivery
• Certification in neonatal resuscitation or childbirth education

Additional Information

Candidates will be responsible for caring for obstetric patients, including assisting with deliveries and neonatal stabilization. When OB cases are not present, staff will care for medical/surgical patients. This is a rural hospital with fewer than 80 births annually, offering a unique community‑based experience.
