Disclosure
All Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks' pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.
Orientation
Orientation is bi-weekly.
Residency Requirement
Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered.
Assignment Confirmation
Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded within 24 hrs of accepting offer.
Driver's License
A driver's license is required in all submission packets.
