About the role
Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery position at St. Peter’s Health in Helena, Montana. This is a 13-week contract in the Women’s & Children’s – OB department, running from September 13, 2026, to December 12, 2026. The role requires rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights) with a guarantee of 36 hours per week. Floating is required within a 70-mile radius.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery/OB settings.
- Serve as an OR circulator when required.
Requirements
- Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery/OB experience.
- Previous OR circulator experience.
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Epic EMR experience.
Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- STABLE certification.
- AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring certification.
Pay
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,884
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246
- W2 Taxable Hourly Rate: $45.50/hr
Schedule
- 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights).
- 36 guaranteed hours per week.
- 13-week contract duration.
