We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have details: Specialty, Discipline, Start Date, Duration, Hours per week, Shift, Employment Type, Travel, Location, etc. Some of these are metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with start date, duration, hours, shift, location maybe. We need sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? The "Essential Work Functions" list is responsibilities. Requirements? Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Qualifications? Could combine. Skills? Required Essential Skills. Benefits? Benefits Include section. Pay? There's mention: "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague; not specific numbers. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" but not a specific amount. It also says "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's not a concrete figure. Likely we should not create a Pay section because it's not specific. Benefits we have concrete list: medical, dental, vision, PTO after 1560 hours, life and short-term disability, 401(k) matching, referral bonus, 24/7 recruiter support, reimbursement for licensure and CEUs, day one insurance, $0 copay mental health, scholarships, awards, exclusive discounts, etc. Also later Benefits list: Benefits start day 1, Medical benefits, Dental benefits, Vision benefits, Referral bonus, Mileage reimbursement, License and certification reimbursement, Weekly pay, Cancelation protection, Guaranteed Hours, Employee assistance programs, Continuing Education. So we have benefits details. Schedule: we have shift: 12 hours, nights; 36 hours per week. That's schedule info. Should we create Schedule section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state shift and hours, so we can include Schedule section with those details. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Structure: maybe:

Start Date: 10/05/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Location: South Weymouth, MA

Then sections:

Responsibilities

  • ... each essential work function

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications...
  • Preferred Qualifications...
But we could separate Required and Preferred under Requirements.

Skills

  • Required Essential Skills...

Benefits

  • ... benefits list

Schedule

12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.

We must not repeat job title. Also avoid duplication. We need to preserve all substantive information: include summary, essential work functions, required qualifications, preferred, essential skills, benefits, etc. We must not include boilerplate like "Other Duties Disclaimer", "Why Choose Fusion?" maybe that's fluff but could be considered substantive? It's more marketing; but we might keep if it's not boilerplate. However instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Why Choose Fusion?" is promotional but not boilerplate; could keep as part of About the role? Not a heading. Could incorporate into a paragraph under About the role? But we don't have About the role heading unless we create. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine "Why Choose Fusion?" into a paragraph under Benefits or maybe under a section "About Fusion Medical Staffing". But we might just keep it as a paragraph after benefits? However we should avoid filler. It's somewhat generic but still specific to Fusion. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under a section "About Fusion Medical Staffing". But we don't have a heading for that unless we create. Could create

with paragraph. That's okay. But we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. The "Why Choose Fusion?" paragraph is substantive. Also "Other Duties Disclaimer" is legal boilerplate; remove. "Start your rewarding career..." is promotional but maybe keep as closing paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include that as a paragraph. Let's extract details: Job Details paragraph: "Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in South Weymouth, MA. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team." That's substantive; could be under About the role. Summary paragraph: "The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care..." etc. Essential Work Functions list. Required Qualifications: "One years’ recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification" Preferred Qualifications: "AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification STABLE and ACLS Certifications (AHA / ARC) Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position" Required Essential Skills list. Benefits list: "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours Life and Short-term disability offered 401(k) matching Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program 24/7 recruiter support Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs" Later Benefits list: "Benefits start day 1 Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits Referral bonus Mileage reimbursement License and certification reimbursement Weekly pay Cancelation protection Guaranteed Hours Employee assistance programs Continuing Education" We should combine benefits without duplication. Schedule: "12 hours, nights" and "36 hours per week". Now produce HTML. We'll have:

Start Date: 10/05/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Location: South Weymouth, MA
