Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,804 per week

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to provide exceptional care for mothers and newborns in a collaborative healthcare environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in Labor & Delivery.
• Serve as Charge Nurse and assist with nurse transitions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and quality standards.
• Float to other departments as a safety companion when required.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, administer medications, and assist with deliveries and emergency procedures.
• Educate patients and families throughout the childbirth process.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Active Montana RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA).
• NRP Certification (required).
• STABLE Certification (or obtain within 2 years of hire).
• Experience in Labor & Delivery required; experience with antepartum, intrapartum, pre-op, circulating, and PACU preferred.
• Must be able to function as a Charge Nurse and assist with nurse transitions.
