Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,793 per week
Job Description & Requirements
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Machias, Maine. The position starts on July 20, 2026, and works 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
- One year’s recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification
Required Qualifications
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification
- STABLE and ACLS Certifications (AHA / ARC)

Essential Work Functions
- Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Prepare equipment and aid physician during labor, delivery, and examination
- Provide immediate postpartum care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Respond to obstetric emergencies
- Document patient care accurately
- Perform fetal monitoring and interpret results
- Assist in cesarean sections and other obstetric procedures
- Comply with regulatory standards

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
