Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support Certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required within 6 months
- CPI (Crisis Prevention) within 3 months of new position and must renew annually
- Successful passage of CCH’s Pharmacology exam
- Documented proof of attendance at Fetal Monitor Course every 2 years
- Current certification in American Academy of Pediatric Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months of position and must maintain certification
- Must read, write and communicate in English
- Recent OB experience within 2 years required
- Copy of the highest level clinical diploma/degree and/or transcript required for those employees performing moderate complexity testing
- Completion of Baby-Friendly competencies within 1 year of position
- Completion of scrub training for cesarean sections within 1 year of position
- SSN required
- DOB required
- 1 reference in entire work history
