About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a 29-bed facility with 4 operating rooms, 3 post-anesthesia care units, 12 antepartum rooms, and 10 triage rooms.
- Work in a 36-hour per week schedule, including 12-hour night shifts.
- Manage patient ratios of 2:1 and utilize advanced equipment such as Centricity and GE monitors.
- Utilize EMR systems like Meditech / CPN for documentation and patient management.
- Stay current with certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS, NRP, or AWHONN certification preferred.
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one year of recent relevant experience.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN.
