Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,705 per week
About the Role
We are seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Denver, Colorado. This position requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.
Unit Information
- Location: HCA HealthONE Rose, 4567 E 9th Ave, Denver, CO 80220 (3rd floor, Main Building)
- Unit Details: 29 beds, 4 ORs, 3 PACU bays, 12 antepartum rooms, and 10 triage rooms
- Staffing: 148 total staff (Day shift: 22 RNs, 2-3 CSTs, 1 Charge, 1 Flex; Night shift: 20 RNs, 1-2 CSTs, 1 Charge, 1 Flex)
- Patient Ratios: 2:1
- Equipment: Centricity and GE monitors
- EMR: Meditech / CPN
- Typical Procedures: Vaginal and cesarean deliveries, D&C, hysterectomies, postpartum tubal ligations, cerclage placement, and versions (high-risk OB)
- Ideal Personality Fit: Self-starter who can work independently and support teammates
Requirements
- Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital L&D experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN certification
- Preferred:
- Meditech experience
- PACU experience
- OR experience
