This role involves providing specialized nursing care to postpartum patients, supporting maternal and newborn health, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols in a dynamic environment. Job Details Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience, graduate of an accredited nursing program, and valid registered nurse license in the state where care is provided. Certifications include Basic Life Support and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Demonstrated ability to perform electronic fetal monitoring, IV skills, lab draws, high-risk medication administration (Magnesium, Oxytocin, Insulin), urine point of care testing, capillary blood glucose testing, IStat, adult cardiac monitoring, newborn monitors including pulse oximetry and cardiac monitoring, heel sticks/venipuncture on newborns, IV administration and maintenance, Bili-blankets/lights, radiant warmers, and support for gynecological teaching, post-operative bladder training, maternal-newborn teaching. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field. Minimum three (3) years of labor and delivery experience, minimum three (3) years of postpartum nursing experience, and minimum one (1) year of medical/surgical nursing experience. Schedule: Days shift; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Must have ACLS certification.
