Responsibilities
- Care of the laboring patient.
- Nursing duties during vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
- Care of couplets.
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.).
- EPIC Stork documentation.
- Centricity fetal monitoring system.
- Pyxis medication system.
Requirements
- 2+ years of circulating C-Sections required.
- 2+ years of previous L&D experience required.
- BLS through AHA required.
- ACLS through AHA required.
- NRP required.
