Requirements
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, NRP, FHM, TNCC (preferred if HCP has ER experience)
- Ability to maintain readiness to cross‑cover Med/Surg or ED as needed
Additional Expectations
- Participates in OB call schedule as assigned
- Supports a culture of safety, teamwork, and patient‑centered care
- Utilizes the Avel‑an Ecare Emergency system for 24/7 documentation, consults, EKG reading, transport initiation, medication compatibility, and more
