On-siteInternship
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes description, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Let's extract. Job title already shown, not repeat. We have: - About the role: maybe a summary paragraph: "Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN for a 26-week travel assignment in Anchorage, AK. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team." Also maybe "Summary:" paragraph about role. We can combine into About the role. - Responsibilities: list of essential work functions (bulleted). Those are many items. - Requirements: Required Qualifications (one year recent experience, RN license, BLS, NRP). Also Preferred Qualifications (AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, STABLE and ACLS). Also maybe "Required Essential Skills" could be under Skills. - Qualifications: maybe separate Required and Preferred? But we can combine under Requirements heading? The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have separate sections for Requirements and Qualifications if content exists. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could put under Requirements. Qualifications maybe duplicate; but we could have Qualifications for Preferred? Might be redundant. Better to have Requirements (including required and preferred) and Skills (essential work functions? Actually essential work functions are responsibilities). Skills: "Required Essential Skills" list. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: mention "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's specific enough? It says competitive pay, but not exact numbers. However we should include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" and mention pay package based on shifts. That's somewhat specific but not a number. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "Highly competitive pay" is vague but not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Might be okay. Also they mention tax-free stipend amount to be determined - that's TBD. Might be considered placeholder. Safer to omit Pay section if uncertain. But we have "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" as a benefit under Benefits already. Could incorporate pay into Benefits? But they ask separate Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state competitive pay but not a number. I'd include Pay section with that statement. - Schedule: they give Start Date, Duration, 36 hours per week, Shift: 12 hours, nights. That's specific. So Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include start date, duration, hours, shift. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't repeat job title etc. Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEO, Job ID, etc. We kept "Other Duties Disclaimer" maybe considered boilerplate; we removed. We kept "Why Choose Fusion?" paragraph maybe considered promotional but substantive? It's about company mission; could be considered boilerplate but it's not legal/EEO. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? We already have About the role; we could incorporate that paragraph there. But we already have About the role with two paragraphs; we could add the "Why Choose Fusion?" as additional paragraph. However it's somewhat generic but still substantive about benefits. Might be okay. But we already have Benefits section covering many of those points. The "Why Choose Fusion?" includes day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts, etc. Some of those are already in Benefits (day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts). We could keep them in Benefits to avoid duplication. Let's add those to Benefits list. We already have "Day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts" as a bullet. Good. We also have "From your personal recruiter to our clinical and traveler experience teams, we’re here to guide and celebrate you along your journey." That's fluff; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not legal but maybe considered promotional. Safer to omit. We also have "Other Duties Disclaimer" removed. We also have "About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing" paragraph about mission etc. That's also somewhat promotional; could be omitted as not required. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Promotional mission statements may be considered boilerplate? Not explicitly listed but could be considered filler. Safer to omit. Thus we keep About the role with the two paragraphs we wrote (the summary and role description). We might incorporate the "Summary:" paragraph we had earlier. Already we have that as second paragraph. Now check for any duplicated content: Benefits list includes "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals" which is also mentioned in Pay section. That's duplication. We should avoid duplication. Perhaps move pay mention only to Pay section and remove from Benefits. Benefits should not include pay. Let's adjust Benefits list: remove that line. Thus Benefits list will be: - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage - Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours - Life and Short-term disability offered - 401(k) matching - Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program - 24/7 recruiter support - Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs - Day one insurance, $0 copay for mental health services, scholarships and awards, exclusive discounts - Mileage reimbursement - Weekly pay - Cancelation protection - Guaranteed Hours - Employee assistance programs - Continuing Education Check duplicates
