- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- An active North Dakota RN license or compact state license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- At least 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience
- Proficiency in EMR systems
