This role encompasses assessing maternal and fetal health, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.

Responsibilities
- Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families, providing reassurance and addressing concerns
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved obstetric nursing techniques
- Prepare equipment and aid physician during labor, delivery, and examination of patients
- Provide immediate postpartum care, including assessment and stabilization of mother and newborn
