About the role
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Carthage, Tennessee. The role involves providing care for maternity women and newborns in a critical access hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for maternity women and newborns
- Work night shifts (12 hours)
- Maintain a weekly guarantee of 36 hours
- Participate in every other weekend rotation
- May be required to float to other units as needed
- Attend weekly Monday orientation
Requirements
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- ACLS certification
- AWHONN certification
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Minimum 1+ year of labor and delivery experience
- Fetal monitoring skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PALS certification
- Experience with Centricity and Meditech systems
- Strong teamwork and initiative
