• Patient Ratios (estimated): 2:1 and 3:1 in OB‑ED triage; 1:1 for active labor and unstable patients
• Staffing description: High‑risk obstetrical bedside training, circulating in C‑sections, recovering high‑acuity patients
• Equipment: GE fetal monitors
• Documentation system: Meditech, CPNS
• Scheduling requirements: 3‑12 hour night shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) per week
• Floating policy: As needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in high‑risk labor and delivery care
• High‑risk obstetrical bedside training
• Experience circulating in C‑sections and recovering high‑acuity patients
• Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certification
• Procedures performed on unit: vaginal deliveries, C‑sections, D&C, post‑delivery recovery care
• RN/LVN/Tech certification as required
