We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to extract content from posting. Let's parse: Job title: Travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery (but we don't repeat as heading). We need sections. We have: - About the role: maybe summary paragraph: "Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Bozeman, MT. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team." Also maybe "The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care..." That's more description. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: Essential Work Functions list (bulleted). Those are duties. - Requirements: Required Qualifications: One years’ recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN, Valid RN license, Current BLS certification, NRP Certification. Also maybe "Preferred Qualifications" could be under Qualifications? But we have separate Qualifications section maybe for required? Actually we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine under Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which content goes where. We have: - Required Qualifications (experience, license, certifications) -> could go under Requirements. - Preferred Qualifications (AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification, STABLE and ACLS Certifications) -> could go under Qualifications (maybe as preferred). Or we could put under Qualifications. - Essential Work Functions -> Responsibilities. - Required Essential Skills (list of skills) -> Skills. - Benefits Include: list -> Benefits. - Pay: The posting mentions "competitive pay", "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's not specific numbers, but it's still pay info. However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state competitive pay, but not specific amount. It says "competitive pay for travel professionals" under Benefits. Also later: "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's still vague. Should we include Pay section? It says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state pay exists but not specific numbers. Might be considered stating them (they mention pay package). I'd include a Pay section with that statement. - Schedule: The posting includes Start Date: ASAP, Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, Shift: 12 hours, nights. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. - About Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing: that's company description; could be under About the role? Or maybe separate About the company but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "One years’ recent experience as a Labor and Delivery RN", "Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations", "Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)", "NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification", "Preferred Qualifications: AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification STABLE and ACLS Certifications (AHA / ARC) Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position". Also "Essential Work Functions:" list items. Skills list: "Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate" We need to format as
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For Skills, it's also a list; we can make
    • each skill bullet. But the skills list is a paragraph with semicolons; we could split into items. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep as a single

      maybe? The instruction: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Skills is a list; we should use

        • . We'll break into logical items. Similarly Benefits list: "Highly competitive pay for travel professionals Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours Life and Short-term disability offered 401(k) matching Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program 24/7 recruiter support Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs". Also later "Benefits start day 1 Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits Referral bonus Mileage reimbursement License and certification reimbursement Weekly pay Cancelation protection Guaranteed Hours Employee assistance programs Continuing Education". That's duplicate; we need to preserve all but not duplicate. We'll combine unique items. We need to avoid duplication: The Benefits section appears twice; we should merge. Let's extract unique benefits: - Highly competitive pay for travel professionals - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first day coverage - Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours - Life and Short-term disability offered - 401(k) matching - Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program - 24/7 recruiter support - Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs - Benefits start day 1 (maybe redundant with first day coverage) - Medical benefits (already covered) - Dental benefits - Vision benefits - Referral bonus (same as Aggressive Refer-a-friend Bonus Program) - Mileage reimbursement - License and certification reimbursement (same as reimbursement for licensure and CEUs) - Weekly pay - Cancelation protection - Guaranteed Hours - Employee assistance programs - Continuing Education We'll deduplicate. Now Schedule: details: Start Date: ASAP, Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, Shift: 12 hours, nights. Also maybe "Employment Type: Travel". That's schedule. Pay: "competitive pay", "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." We'll include that. Now About the role: Could be the summary paragraph: "Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Bozeman, MT. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while enjoying competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team." Also maybe the earlier summary: "The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in the obstetric setting..." That's more about role. We'll combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now produce HTML:
