About the role

A Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse position is available at a 107-bed, Joint Commission-accredited healthcare facility in Mayfield, Kentucky. The unit provides inpatient and outpatient obstetric services, including OB, neonatal specialty care, gynecological surgeries, and related procedures. Orientation is held weekly on Mondays. Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Float rotation may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized obstetric and neonatal care in a busy Labor and Delivery unit
• Serve as charge nurse when needed

Requirements

• Active Kentucky RN license
• ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, HWC, NRP, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of OB/Labor & Delivery experience
• Charge nurse experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Labor & Delivery experience with charge responsibilities

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
