Start your rewarding career... (call to action) - remove application instructions.
Pay package: "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." This is Pay info but not specific amount. According to rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It states pay package based on shifts, but no actual amount. It says "tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's vague. Might be considered not specific enough. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). Here it's "tax-free stipend amount to be determined." That's similar to TBD. So we should not create Pay section.
Schedule: we have shift info: 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week. That's schedule specifics. So we can create Schedule section.
Benefits: we have list: Highly competitive pay, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance with first day coverage, PTO after 1560 hours, life and short-term disability, 401(k) matching, Refer-a-friend bonus, 24/7 recruiter support, reimbursement for licensure and CEUs. Also later Benefits section repeats: Benefits start day 1, Medical benefits, Dental benefits, Vision benefits, Referral bonus, Mileage reimbursement, License and certification reimbursement, Weekly pay, Cancelation protection, Guaranteed Hours, Employee assistance programs, Continuing Education. We need to preserve all substantive info, not duplicate. Combine.
About the role: we have summary and maybe "Why Choose Fusion?" could be part of About the role or Benefits. We'll create About the role section with summary and maybe mission statement.
Responsibilities: Essential Work Functions list.
Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? But we have Requirements and Qualifications sections separate. The instruction: use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where.
We have Required Qualifications (experience, license, BLS, NRP). Preferred Qualifications (AWHONN, STABLE, ACLS, other certs). Could put both under Qualifications heading. Or separate Required vs Preferred? The instruction only gives Qualifications heading. We'll put all qualifications under Qualifications
with sublists maybe.
Skills: Required Essential Skills list.
Benefits: as described.
Schedule: shift details.
About the role: summary and maybe mission.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's extract substantive content:
