About the unit

• Number of Beds: 24
• Number of Staff: 71
• Type of staff – Day Shift: labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary, leadership, educator
• Type of staff – Night Shift: labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary
• Patient Ratios: labor 1:1 (most of the time), post-partum 5-6:1, nursery 5-6:1
• Type of equipment: GE fetal monitors
• EMR: Meditech, CPN

Requirements

• At least 2 years of labor experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification

Preferred qualifications

• 2+ years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes
