Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,445 per week

About the role

This position involves providing comprehensive post-partum care to mothers and infants on the post-partum unit. The RN will perform assessments, monitor infants for bilirubin issues, and support new mothers following vaginal or cesarean deliveries. Experience in lactation support is a plus, and flexibility in scheduling is required for float rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive post-partum care to mothers and infants on the post-partum unit
• Perform post-partum assessments
• Monitor infants for bilirubin issues
• Support new mothers following vaginal or cesarean deliveries
• Support lactation when applicable

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 15 weeks
• Float rotation may be required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• At least 2 years of experience in obstetrics or post-partum care
• Current certifications as applicable
• Ability to work nights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lactation support
• Experience with neonatal assessments

Additional Information

• IVS to offer if the RTO is 4 days or less
• No holiday RTO
• At least 2 years experience in the specialty
• Start Date: 10/05/2026
