Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa nursing license
• At least 2 years of current Labor and Delivery (LD) experience
• Experience within the previous year at larger high-volume delivery centers (200-300 deliveries/month)
• Circulating and scrub experience
• High acuity experience
• Certifications including BLS (AHA/ARC), ACLS (AHA/ARC), fetal monitoring certification from AWHONN, and NRP
• Experience with EPIC STORK electronic medical record
• Strong clinical skills specific to labor and delivery nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple travel contracts completed
• EPIC STORK experience

Additional Information

• Candidates must have a skills checklist specific to Labor and Delivery (LD)
• A professional reference from within 24 months
• A drivers license
• Work history/resume/employment history must demonstrate 24 months of current LD experience
• Nursys must confirm an active Iowa license

Pay package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
