About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Smyrna, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in a 9-bed Labor and Delivery unit, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs, and 3-bed OBED
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:2
- Work with unit secretaries and scrub techs; dedicated CRNA and midwife in-house 24/7; OBGYN on call
- Document using CPN and Meditech systems
- Meet scheduling requirements of 4 weekend shifts per month
- Float within the unit or to other departments as needed
- Maintain patient experience scores above 75%
Requirements
- Current RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Fetal monitoring certification
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
