About the role
High-risk Labor and Delivery RN position with day/night rotation. Ratios: 1:1. Will float to post-partum within scope to meet facility needs. Open to first-time travel nurses. Every-other-weekend requirement. On-call is not required.
Responsibilities
- Care for high-risk labor and delivery patients
- Perform cesarean births
- Conduct post-partum tubal ligations (PPTL)
- Perform dilation and curettage (D&C)
- Place and remove cerclage
- Support water births
- Float to post-partum unit as needed
Requirements
- Active RN license (pending license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- BLS and NRP certifications (required)
- Epic/Excellian charting experience (required)
- Must reside outside a 100-mile radius of Saint Paul, MN (locals accepted for radiology only)
- No open legal cases; all background hits reviewed during compliance
- Fingerprinting via LiveScan required (Minnesota state requirement; results must be on file before start)
- No more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) during assignment
- Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem to qualify as traveler

Shift Information
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12 hours)
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12 hours)
