This role involves providing specialized nursing care for mothers and newborns, including neonatal transition care, within a 270-bed organization. The position requires flexibility to meet staffing needs, with an emphasis on prior experience in travel nursing and neonatal care. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS, NRP, and Compact or TN license required; ACLS preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience, including prior travel experience. Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Must have experience with newborn transition care, be flexible to meet the staffing needs of the unit, and have prior travel experience. The orientation dates are limited to 11/16, 11/30, and 12/14 only, with no block schedule offered. No time off is approved from 9/19-10/17 due to Epic Go Live. EMR systems used are Cerner and GE Centricity. Weekend work is required, and no call is necessary. Candidates may be floated to NICU and Labor & Delivery as needed.
