Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,350 per week
About the role
Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D) in a hospital setting, providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages, and collaborating with a healthcare team to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes.
Responsibilities
The position involves in-depth patient assessments, monitoring fetal and maternal status, and responding to obstetric emergencies. Clinical responsibilities include:
- Assisting with labor management
- Conducting postpartum evaluations
- Educating patients on postpartum care
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- Valid nursing license
- BSN or higher degree
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Comparable experience in Labor and Delivery
- At least 1 year of clinical practice in obstetric care
Preferred qualifications include:
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Previous experience in high-risk obstetric care
- Familiarity with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) techniques

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/27/2026 for a duration of 6 weeks.
