Required Qualifications
- Experience: No previous experience strictly required (though previous nursing experience is highly preferred).
- Education: ADN or ASN required (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (KY) or Compact State.
- Certifications: AHA BLS required.
- General Skills: Must possess an understanding of computer systems, demonstrate active listening, and have the ability to assess age-specific patient safety issues.
