Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) at a healthcare facility in Manchester, Connecticut. The position involves providing high-quality obstetric care for patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role requires dedication to patient safety and excellent clinical skills to support mothers and infants during their childbirth journey.
Schedule
- Dayshift, 3×12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care in the Labor and Delivery Department
- Adhere to hospital policies and clinical protocols
- Float rotation may be required
Requirements
- Active/clear Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Meditech experience
- Experience with GE-Centricity
