Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,327 per week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Lead L&D Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in beautiful Templeton, California.

You will provide unit-based clinical leadership, supervise and direct assigned nursing personnel, and ensure exceptional, cost-effective patient care. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager and Director to oversee department operations, manage staffing adjustments based on acuity, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in Labor & Delivery AND at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  • Active RN Licensure in the State of California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification obtained within the last 2 years.

Location & Details

Location: Templeton, CA

Facility: Adventist Health Twin Cities

Shift: 3x12 Nights (Rotating/No set schedule; No call required)

Duration: 12-Week Assignment

Pay Range: $2,034.62 – $2,393.67 Per Week (Gross pre-tax)

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
