Responsibilities

High risk obstetrical unit, labor and delivery, with patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1, and unit staffing description of high risk obstetrical unit.

Shift Details: 3-12 hour night shift 7p-7a per week, Floating policy: As needed, Call Requirements: Yes.

Requirements

Guaranteed Hours: 36, Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years +, experience in high risk OB.

High risk obstetrical bedside training
Circulating in c/section in the labor and delivery area
Recovering high acuity patients

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: Experience with the following, Intermediate AWONN fetal monitoring certificate.

Procedures performed on unit: Vaginal deliveries, c/sections, d&c, post delivery recovery care, Patient Experience Required: At least 2 years high risk labor and delivery care.

Qualifications

Certifications: Hiring profile, Requested Skill Set: Must have high risk obstetrical bedside training, circulating in c/section in the labor and delivery area, recovering high acuity patients.
